Dan Crimmins runs/owns the local ADT CO. here in Sierra Vista. His service has been exceptional . His pre installation estimate was actually what he charged. He has been available for emergencies at a moment’s notice ; after an electrical storm that temporarily made the alarm dysfunctional, he was immediately available and immediately solved the problem.
When we changed some of the staff in the office, changing the access code was done by Dan personally after being notified of the urgent need. He is always very helpful and pleasant.
The alarm system itself works better then any other commercial/ home alarm I have yet evaluated. One evening I entered the building and forgot my access codes. Within three minutes, Sierra Vista Police Department was present with an Officer ready to arrest me unless I provided accurate identification.
In summary, I been very pleased with the local ADT alarm service Dan Crimmins provides.

The installation was completed on time, the installers were polite and professional, and the quality of the work was first class. Since installation, we have had no false alarms and on the few occasions that we have inadvertently tripped the system, the ADT folks have called promptly and were prepared to take whatever action was necessary.

To ADT Security Systems in Sierra Vista

We had Dan Crimmins Security Company ( ADT ), pre-wire our new construction and then finish out with a complete alarm system. Throughout the entire process, they were very professional. They were also very timely. I had forgotten to call them far enough in advance and they were able to reschedule in order to get our house properly wired., without holding up construction. Also we had trouble ( construction ) getting our front door. They were ingenious….. doing an interim fix with a temporary sensor in order to get the system operational until we had a new door.
The team that did the finishing touches was great. They spent as much time as we needed in order to familiarize us with the new system. The team was professional, friendly, and patient. They showed us in the manual where to look if we had questions but also invited us to call anytime, if we could not figure out what we wanted the system to do.

We had had a alarm system before, which was not very satisfactory, dropped it and had no system for a number of years.
